    Try this for exercise!

    stick_bag.JPG Here is a little exercise to help develop your independence - although we’re not promising it has much to do with your playing.

    Sit down, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles. Now, keep the foot going, but draw the number “6″ in the air with your right hand. Your foot will keep changing direction!
