    India Mission 08

    By admin | April 10, 2008

Terl Bryant, Noel Pattern (Ipswich Psalm Drummers) and Rev.Will Kemp joined James Entwisle (from Agape Alive) out in Hyderabad. En route we visited friends at Gateway Church Dubai and led the Friday service. During the week in India we were able to share at the church school, teach at the Bible College, visit the church home groups and wider mission works, and minister at the Sunday church gathering.

We took gifts generously given by Sabian cymbals, Jalapeno drums, Malachy Bodhrans, Music Shipping (drum heads), Promark drumsticks and SE mics (supplied by Sonic Dist.) along with significant funds (raised at the Point church) to sow into the growing work. Thank you to all who showed support!

It was again a real privilege to go as ‘Psalm Drummers’ and join in the amazing work of Agape Alive in India. We saw new conversions, deliverances, healings and many touched through the prayer ministry.

    Psalm Drummers at Spring Harvest

    By Chief | April 3, 2008

CRW_6371_1.jpgWe’ve been hearing great reports about Psalm Drummers with Stu Barbour (from the Point Church West Sussex) who led worship at the Skegness Spring Harvest alternative venue ‘The crazy Horse’ between 5th-10th April. Well done and thanks to drummers Mark Green, Raul D’Oliveira and Matt Collison and not forgetting Stu and the band!

One blogger wrote: “I’ve been splitting myself between The Big Top, where Sue Rinaldi was leading, and The Alternative Celebration, where Stuart Barbour and Psalm Drumming Friends were leading. Although the styles were different both were fantastic in leading us into the presence of God. I must admit I had a slight preference for the style of the Psalm Drummers.”
