"Psalm Drummers are not only stirring passion in Church worship across denominational divides, but have a unique gift for reaching many who sit on the sidelines and indeed those from completely unchurched backgrounds. In a global culture where rhythm is the soundtrack to millions of lives, I believe that the vision and ministry of Psalm Drummers is a powerful sign of God's heartbeat for redemption."

  • Our Vision

pd-heartstar703kb.jpg Psalm Drummers is a network of Christian drummers and percussionists that serve the church and the drumming community by hosting events, workshops and offering inspirational teaching resources. Our core values are rooted in the Christian Faith and God’s Word, the Bible.

The Psalm Drummer vision is to stir up prayer, praise and worship and lead people to Christ through drumming. It is a call to drummers everywhere to drum out a new beat that carries the inspiration of God’s Holy Spirit. Psalm Drummers encourage a life lived in time with the heartbeat of God, and in the worship of Jesus Christ.

Our activities focus in four ways:
    1. Discipling in Bible based values those who have a heart to drum.
    2. Facilitating prayer, praise and worship within the Church.
    3. Unifying the divided and ministering to the poor through mission and outreach initiatives.
    4. Furthering the Gospel of Jesus Christ through His gifts in us.

“I believe God is restoring the drum to the Church (in praise and worship and more) and is calling drummers, both individually and corporately, to drum out a new beat - a beat that carries the heart and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The purpose is to declare His presence. I have seen drumming to be a powerful voice for prayer and praise: it can unify the divided, encourage the disheartened, and stir up much needed courage within the Church in our times.” - Terl Bryant

Terl Bryant (Founder and Director) oversees the work, along with Ken Murray (Heart2Drum Event Mgr / Drummer), Mark Jones (Logistics / Percussionist), Mike Simpson (Workshops and performance teams / group drum facilitator), Matt Collison (team support / drummer) and Nathan Evans (booking agent / drummer).
