Founder of Psalm Drummers, an international volunteer and Christian mission organisation formed in 1995. Psalm Drummer teams have appeared at events worldwide including Soul Survivor, New Wine, The Call UK, Hillsong, BBC, Global Day of Prayer (Millwall Stadium), Drummers for Jesus (Dallas, USA), Crusaders (Albert Hall), Calling all Nations (Berlin Stadium, Germany), St. Paul’s Cathedral, Cornerstone Festival USA, Greenbelt UK, with work in Africa, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland and India. Terl acted as Director for 14 years. Psalm Drummers are now overseen by The Psalm Drummers Association (a non-profit UK registered trust).
