For me, this project (CD & DVD release) captures not only a great sense of what has been the legacy of Psalm Drummers, but carries with it vision that point to things to come.

Having taken a lead as founder and director for the movement and vision, I have now after 15 years taken the opportunity to hand on the responsibillities of heading up the work to a great team of leaders who share a passion for the vision. Psalm Drummers now operate under the guidance of Mark Jones (Southampton), Simon Edwards (Belfast) and Michelle Tennens (Colchester) who act as trustees for the mission, alongside a core team of leaders who share the work. I am still involved in an advisory capacity, but will be spending more time playing (recording/touring) once again.

The 'Dreambeat' (CD & DVD) is a brilliant collection of tracks, which reflect the sound, and worshipful heart of Psalm Drummers and features many who have been involved over the years. Just a few familiar names include The Archbishop of York, Dr. John Sentamu, Tim Hughes, Matt Redman, Zoro, Tommy Aldridge, Calum Rees, Jerry Brown, Alun Leppitt, Martin Neil, Dez Minto, Mike Simpson, Chip Bailey, Mark Jones, Alex Acuna, Carl Albrecht, Harry 'Hands' Morgan, Ben Okafor, Stu Garrard, Ed Freitas, Raul D'Oliveira, Carlos Benson, Gerald Heyward, and many more.

The work of Psalm Drummers is respected by many from the established Catholic and Protestant streams and alongside many other believing groups. Psalm Drummers continue to play an active role in calling people to worship in the UK and across the world, providing teams to play at events, doing workshops, training and travelling on mission all over the world.
